📋 Description

• Driving new service opportunities, working with both customers and internal stakeholders • Interacting with senior stakeholders on opportunities to improve service and delivery • Working across customer organizations and multiple Snowflake teams to ensure customers’ applications are well designed and scale to business needs • Developing a quality service strategy per customer, capturing and reporting on key metrics • Identifying upsell opportunities and becoming the client’s trusted advisor • Providing delivery quality oversight and guidance for Snowflake engagements • Managing operational relationships with assigned clients • Communicating project status, issues, risks, and goals clearly • Collaborating to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and marketing • Determining areas for process improvements within both client and Snowflake

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role (or similar capacity) dealing with complex, technical implementation projects • Track record of delivering on PS revenue targets for a set of accounts, including the ability to prioritize multiple, complex projects and deliverables simultaneously (project management) • Direct experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud field • Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from design and engineering to marketing, advertising, and business development • Strong presentation skills and an ability to articulate to a business and technical audience (including senior level executives at large enterprises) • Bonus Points: Experience in a client support and advisory technical role (Solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager or equivalent).
