📋 Description

• Build and lead a team of sales engineers serving as product introduction, evaluation and education experts • Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets and build relationships • Guide revenue leaders on sales strategy and product obstacles or gaps, and represent team needs to executive staff • Use AI and data analytics skills to identify patterns and opportunities, improve technical win rates and support LATAM expansion • Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions, and collaborate with prospects, channel partners and sales teams • Maintain close working relationships with product, engineering, sales, marketing and services • Source and screen candidates and manage the interview process • Act as a player/coach delivering compelling presentations to customers and prospects • Work with sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs, navigate sales cycles, provide value-based demonstrations, support POCs and close business • Own the regional Technical Win forecast

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity • 3+ years of direct line management experience, including hiring, training and retaining top talent • Industry expertise within Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and/or Cloud Computing, Machine Learning and AI Agents • Strong hands-on technical skills within Databases, Data Warehousing, ETL and Analytics/Data Science • Experience working with cloud-based offerings, including exposure to at least one of the major 3 clouds • Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos • Ability to connect a customer’s specific business problems and Snowflake’s solutions • Proven entrepreneurial experience having developed and successfully launched new territories and teams or initiatives from scratch • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred
