📋 Description

• Take full accountability for Fixed-Fee discipline and governance of complex technical lifecycles, including AI/ML and Lakehouse • Provide value-based trade-off options when scope adjustments are needed • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinate the activities of other personnel • Manage complex, Fixed-Fee implementations with rigorous governance • Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks • Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) for accurate risk forecasting • Network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to ensure delivery success • Present Lessons Learned decks to regional teams to optimize future upstream pre-sales and scoping • Support pre-sales activities by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to service scoping

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role • Typically 5-8 years of related experience in technical project management • Experience in data engineering is a strong plus • Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced Smartsheet/Project modeling • Ability to query Snowflake metadata for consumption reporting • Professional working proficiency in English • Demonstrated proficiency in EVM and CPM to identify and mitigate schedule/cost variances • SnowPro Core required • PMP preferred
