📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating new opportunities and driving sales in the ever-evolving landscape of IT, SaaS, and digital solutions. • You’ll manage the sales pipeline, close deals, and prepare tailored proposals and pricing strategies that align with client needs. • Your role will be crucial in establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships with clients. • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential clients in the IT, SaaS, and digital solutions industries, creating strategies to target new business and market segments. • Manage Sales Pipeline and Close Deals: Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth communication with prospects and converting opportunities into successful deals. • Build Client Relationships and Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the best solutions. • Prepare Proposals, Presentations, and Pricing Strategies: Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and competitive pricing strategies tailored to client requirements and business objectives. • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and product offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT Sales, SaaS, or Digital Solutions: Proven track record in IT sales, SaaS, or similar fields, with the ability to understand and sell complex digital products and services. • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for negotiation and building rapport with clients and stakeholders. • Networking Abilities: A proactive approach to networking and relationship-building, both online and offline, with a strong professional presence. • Understanding of Software Development and Business Strategies: Familiarity with software development processes and business strategies, helping you understand client needs and present the right solutions. • Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: A self-motivated individual with the ability to set and achieve targets, consistently driving towards business growth and success. • Good To Have: Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management. • Knowledge of the latest trends in digital transformation and IT solutions. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
