📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of scientific communications and medical activities for assigned assets • Work closely with the Global Scientific Affairs and Medical Affairs leads • Ensure high-quality delivery of congress materials, medical education and training initiatives • Focus on operational execution, project coordination, and content support • Maintain trackers and ensure milestone adherence for congress deliverables • Coordinate logistics for training activities and maintain training materials repository

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD) or MSc in life sciences (PhD preferred but can be flexible depending on seniority) • 2–5 years’ experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, or pharma/biotech • Experience in Cardiometabolic disorders is preferred • Collaborative team player with interpersonal skills • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required • Fluency in English, other European languages a bonus • Role model with the highest scientific and ethical standards
