📋 Description

• Drive sales growth through your sales team • Successfully develop your territories to onboard new customers and increase sales • Manage sales activities across the Southwest regions • Mentor and support the training and development of your team members • Lead, plan and organize the work for the area • Identify and implement strategies to improve the customer experience • Coordinate work and resolve issues with other relevant departments • Use sales data and commercial tools to ensure efficiency and maximize the customer experience • Prepare reports and other materials summarizing commercial activities

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years' experience in leadership and team management • Sales experience, ideally in veterinary diagnostics or another animal-health-related field • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or equivalent business studies are a plus • Ability to organize, prioritize and drive work activities • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build business relationships • Strong reasoning, problem-solving and analytical skills • Good project management skills • Excellent communication skills; a good command of English is required • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
