📋 Description

• Paid ads management on LinkedIn and Meta • Build, launch and optimize campaigns from scratch on a daily basis • Segment ICPs and build/test Custom, Lookalike and Matched Audiences • Develop persona-specific messaging for each ad set • Manage budgets, frontloading and bidding and scale campaigns in a controlled way • Write headlines and body copy in German and English • Run systematic A/B tests for copy, creative and CTAs • Create KPI dashboards • Own conversion tracking, UTM structure and lead attribution • Orchestrate setup, QA and launches • Document learnings after every test and ensure scalable campaign operations • Manage your own portfolio of B2B client projects and act as a sparring partner • Conduct weekly ad account reviews with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on paid ads on LinkedIn or Meta • Have personally launched campaigns on LinkedIn or Meta • Understanding of the cost and performance levers behind CPL, CTR, ROAS and CPA • Structured, data-driven working style • Willingness to critically question assumptions • Deep interest in LinkedIn and Meta platforms • Bonus: experience with HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay or automations via Zapier • Ability to write headlines and body copy in German and English
