📋 Description
• Own TikTok UA for web funnels across our core dating portfolio • Plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns (typical monthly spend per channel is in the $200k–$300k+ range) • Build and maintain account/BM structures and operational hygiene • Run a structured creative testing loop: hypotheses → iterations → learning → scaling • Drive automation improvements and document best practices to scale the channel reliably
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on TikTok UA background (web/B2C), with proven experience in the USA + Tier-1 • Budget ownership at $100k+/month level (ideally closer to $200k+/month) • Strong grasp of Facebook best practices (structure, scaling, bidding, measurement, troubleshooting) • Experience (or solid exposure) to automation + a practical understanding of AI/creative iteration workflows
