📋 Description

• Establish and maintain consistent supplier management across the business. • Improve how Core manages its external vendors, ensuring value maximization, risk minimization, and compliance with internal standards and ISO 27001:2022. • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Security & Compliance, Finance, and ELT. • Build strong supplier relationships while promoting consistency and governance across the supplier ecosystem. • Implement and maintain a centralised supplier repository. • Own and maintain supplier-related ISO 27001:2022 controls for audit readiness and compliance. • Build collaborative relationships with suppliers and act as primary contact for supplier-related matters. • Initiate contract negotiations and manage supplier agreements. • Define and track supplier performance metrics and conduct regular service reviews. • Identify, assess, and mitigate supplier-related risks while ensuring compliance with requirements. • Manage onboarding processes for new suppliers and integrate them into internal systems. • Identify opportunities for cost savings and commercial value optimization. • Improve and standardise supplier management processes across Core.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in vendor, supplier, or procurement management. • Experience working within or alongside ISO 27001 / information security frameworks (highly desirable). • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities effectively. • Understanding of contract negotiation and commercial terms. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Analytical mindset with a focus on risk, compliance, and value. • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
