⢠You develop and expand sales of the entire SOCOMEC switchgear and measuring devices product range within your sales territory ⢠You advise and support existing customers and actively acquire new customers ⢠You identify cross-selling opportunities and work closely with specialized sales teams ⢠You build long-term customer relationships and position SOCOMEC as a trusted partner ⢠Independently manage your sales territory ⢠Analyze customer needs and develop appropriate solutions ⢠Prepare and follow up on quotations ⢠Plan and conduct customer meetings ⢠Forecast and implement measures to achieve targets (revenue, margin) ⢠Develop key accounts and ensure high customer retention ⢠Work closely with Sales Support, Customer Service and Back Office ⢠Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to overall team success
⢠Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in switchgear or measurement technology ⢠Strong technical and commercial knowledge ⢠Proven sales and closing capabilities ⢠High self-motivation, organizational skills and a clear focus on goals ⢠Analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset ⢠Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer focus ⢠Willingness to travel within SouthâWest Germany (approx. 2 overnight stays per week)
