📋 Description

• Provide support and training to new users of the Torneo application • Communicate with users in a clear, professional, and helpful manner • Input, verify, and update sports data in the Torneo application • Monitor and resolve data discrepancies promptly • Collaborate with senior data specialists to ensure data integrity • Assist in the triage and resolution of reported bugs within the application • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for data processes and application functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support, user support, operations, or a similar role • Strong knowledge of sports, especially football, including major competitions, clubs, players, and basic competition structures • Familiarity with sports statistics and major sports leagues, either through professional experience or a strong personal interest • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling • Basic understanding of data management tools and software, with a willingness to learn • Excellent written communication skills and a professional approach to user support • Good teamwork skills and the ability to follow internal procedures • Fluency in English, both written and spoken • Availability to work primarily on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts
