📋 Description

‱ Provide support and training to new users of the Torneo application ‱ Communicate with users in a clear, professional, and helpful manner ‱ Input, verify, and update sports data in the Torneo application ‱ Monitor and resolve data discrepancies promptly ‱ Collaborate with senior data specialists to ensure data integrity ‱ Assist in the triage and resolution of reported bugs within the application ‱ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for data processes and application functionality

🎯 Requirements

‱ Previous experience in customer support, user support, operations, or a similar role ‱ Strong knowledge of sports, especially football, including major competitions, clubs, players, and basic competition structures ‱ Familiarity with sports statistics and major sports leagues, either through professional experience or a strong personal interest ‱ Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling ‱ Basic understanding of data management tools and software, with a willingness to learn ‱ Excellent written communication skills and a professional approach to user support ‱ Good teamwork skills and the ability to follow internal procedures ‱ Fluency in English, both written and spoken ‱ Availability to work primarily on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts
