• Prospect and generate new business pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, partner channels, and inbound lead follow-up • Own the full sales cycle — qualification, discovery, solution scoping, demo coordination, proposal, negotiation, and close • Partner closely with pre-sales/solution consultants to tailor product demonstrations • Build and maintain an accurate, healthy pipeline in our CRM • Develop and execute territory and account-based prospecting plans • Represent Softengine at industry trade shows, webinars, and networking events • Stay current on ERP market trends, competitive positioning, and SAP Business One/Acumatica product capabilities • Pro-actively collaborate with Marketing on campaigns
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying, new-business (“hunter”) role • ERP, SaaS, or complex business-software sales experience is a strong plus • A track record of consistently building pipeline from scratch and closing net-new logos • Strong consultative and discovery selling skills • Confidence navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated and organized • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Based in the United States, with willingness to travel occasionally
