📋 Description

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, and other relevant channels • Conduct direct outreach and first-touch candidate engagement • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles • Collaborate closely with the People team to understand role requirements and target profiles • Track outreach activities and candidate responses in the ATS / shared tools • Provide feedback on talent market insights and sourcing effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter with a strong sourcing focus • Solid background in the gaming industry, particularly in casual games • Demonstrated success in direct outreach and passive candidate engagement • Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills • Familiarity with creative / tech gaming profiles • Comfortable working independently in a freelance setup while collaborating closely with an internal team • Clear, professional, and respectful communication style • Qualified candidates must complete a skills assessment as part of the selection process • Availability aligned with European time zones
