📋 Description

• Plan and deliver internal corporate events, leadership meetings, and team-building activities across multiple locations and formats • Coordinate special projects and initiatives requested by C-level executives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution • Develop and improve team-building and employee engagement processes in collaboration with HR and leadership stakeholders • Manage end-to-end logistics for events, including vendors, travel coordination, and on-site execution when required • Support internal communication initiatives linked to corporate culture and employee experience • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of events with business priorities and strategic goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Russian language skills at B2 level or higher • English proficiency at B2 level or higher • Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate event management or 5+ years in agency-side event delivery • Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level executives • Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from planning to execution.
