📋 Description

• Support day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations • Ensure the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes • Maintain HR data accuracy • Provide administrative support to employees and stakeholders • Manage HR documentation, onboarding and offboarding processes • Conduct data audits within the HRMS • Manage employee terminations and timesheets • Provide guidance on labor law queries to cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in HR administration and personnel documentation • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken) • Russian level (C1) • Outstanding, friendly communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Nice to have: Prior experience working in an international company • Experience with HRMS platforms (e.g., HiBob).
