📋 Description

• Support the Head of Brand & Product Marketing, Brand Managers, and Product Marketing Managers in planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives • Translate marketing strategies and business priorities into structured project plans with deliverables, owners, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and KPIs • Develop and maintain project plans, campaign plans, roadmaps, timelines, and project documentation • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects across Brand, Product Marketing, PR, SMM, Digital, Events, Design, Sales, Product, Analytics, and other teams • Organise project kick-offs, working sessions, status meetings, and project updates • Manage integrated marketing, brand, product, and advertising campaigns from planning through launch, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis • Coordinate external agencies, media partners, production companies, and vendors • Coordinate marketing asset development and support GTM initiatives, product launches, 360° campaigns, and other cross-functional marketing activities • Monitor project progress, milestones, budgets, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving issue resolution • Prepare project status updates, KPI dashboards, campaign performance reports, and optimisation recommendations • Maintain accurate project documentation • Contribute to improving project management standards, marketing workflows, templates, and team processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Project Management, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a similar role • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects • Strong project management, planning, stakeholder management, and organisational skills • Experience working with project plans, timelines, budgets, KPIs, and project documentation • Experience coordinating external agencies and marketing vendors • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration tools • Advanced English and Russian proficiency • Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS, iGaming, FinTech, or Technology companies • Nice to have: Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
