• Create, edit, and maintain procedural documentation including but not limited to user guides, how-tos, and tutorials. • Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation. • Create release notes. • Work closely with writers, developers, product owners, business analysts, QA team, and others.
• Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) • Russian at B2 level • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical documentation • Expertise in fintech domain • Docs-as-code experience • Proven experience in writing user guides in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Style Guide, Google Style Guide, or similar • Experience in API writing, familiarity with API documentation tools • Experience with Git • Experience working with Cursor, VS Code, or similar dev tools • Experience in writing release notes • Proficiency with managing Confluence content • Experience in writing and proofreading of content, especially technology-related content • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Critical thinking • Must be a self-motivator who works well independently and in a team environment with little or no direct supervision • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people
