📋 Description
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Retail Insights Cloud Service solutions • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions • Design, develop, and optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making across retail operations • Ensure integration between ORICS and other Oracle Retail applications (e.g., RMS, ReIM, Allocations, Merchandising) • Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning for retail insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and data engineers • Support production deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Insights or related Oracle Retail Analytics platforms • Strong knowledge of Oracle Retail suite (Merchandising, Pricing, ReIM, Allocation) • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or OBIEE for reporting and visualization • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling • Experience with cloud-based data integration and ETL pipelines • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
