📋 Description

• Managing AI projects and ensuring timely delivery • Monitoring fixed project scope and maintaining effective client communication • Managing monthly settlements with clients and team members • Building and maintaining a healthy team culture through coaching, facilitation, and protecting the team from distractions • Overseeing project resource allocation • Defining and measuring metrics to track team progress, goals, and areas for improvement • Working effectively across multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional context-switching skills • Helping with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes • Handling contracts and clauses that form the basis of cooperation with clients

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar managerial position • Experience leading agile teams delivering AI-based fixed-price projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools • Familiarity with project planning activities such as T-shirt sizing, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and defining acceptance criteria • Commercial experience in managing, influencing, and measuring team performance in a global, multinational environment • Experience monitoring and ensuring project margins and profitability • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and switch contexts effectively • Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish
