📋 Description

• Lead and coach Scrum teams to enable them to self-organize and achieve sprint goals • Show the value delivered by the teams and by the Scrum Master role • Improve team-level work and the wider process with the Product Owner, business, and other development/QA teams • Adapt the approach pragmatically instead of following Scrum rigidly • Coordinate the team's day-to-day work, switching between coach, Scrum Master, and problem-solver roles • Facilitate communication and Scrum team ceremonies • Work with Polish and British developers, testers, DevOps engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters • Contribute to development, automation, and DevOps work surrounding document management software for clinical research

🎯 Requirements

• +3 years of commercial experience in the Agile way of working • Understanding that "Scrum Master" is just a title, and readiness to act as a hands-on work coordinator who switches hats and adapts flexibly to whatever challenge arises • Proven track record of demonstrating and communicating the value delivered by both development teams and the Scrum Master role itself • Experience in driving improvements beyond a single team's boundaries — across the wider process involving the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and other development and QA teams • Ability to think independently and pragmatically rather than rigidly following the Scrum Guide by the book • Hands-on experience engaging with CTOs, Heads of Development, and Team Leaders – presenting and advocating for solutions, driving change, and delivering root cause analysis • Ability to say no and keep workloads under control • Product development knowledge • People management skills • Technical background • Agile Certification – Scrum.org
