📋 Description

• Develop solutions supporting global organisations in protecting their workforce and ensuring business continuity • Build reliable, secure, and scalable systems for operational resilience and critical-event response • Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly mobile experiences across screen sizes and device types • Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability • Implement application monitoring, analytics, and performance tracking • Support localization and multilingual functionality • Maintain technical documentation, operational guides, and the internal knowledge base • Collaborate with Product, Backend, Design, and other cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in React Native development • Strong commercial experience with React Native • Hands-on experience with the Expo framework • Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies • Experience using Jira and Confluence • Understanding of mobile application architecture and best development practices • Experience integrating REST APIs • Experience building and maintaining mobile applications using React Native and Expo • Experience collaborating with Product, Backend, and Design teams • Strong attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving skills • Effective communication and collaboration abilities • Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team • Nice to have: native mobile development using Swift and/or Kotlin • Nice to have: mobile performance optimization and debugging • Nice to have: mobile analytics and monitoring tools • Nice to have: publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play
