📋 Description

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly healthcare web applications • Create engaging user interfaces using front-end technologies such as React and Vue.js • Develop server-side logic using C# and .NET Core • Integrate third-party APIs and services • Implement best practices to ensure the security and privacy of healthcare data • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvements and updates • Support mobile applications • Design and work with REST APIs and distributed systems that scale to millions of users

🎯 Requirements

• +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) • 6+ years of industry experience as a Full Stack Engineer supporting enterprise B2B web applications • Strong understanding of backend development using C# and frontend development using React • In-depth knowledge of Azure services • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience working in SaaS on Cloud-Native applications • Ability to break business requests into manageable steps • Capability to design moderately sized software projects, create project plans, track progress, and execute with a team • Ability to understand how systems interact with one another • Experience collecting large amounts of data from mobile and health devices • Experience designing and implementing scalable and resilient architectures • Familiarity with multi-tenancy considerations and solutions • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Azure CLI • Experience working with secure data such as HIPAA or other sensitive information • Experience with Vite, TanStack Router, TanStack Query, Axios, and ShadCN components
