• Identify market and business opportunities in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Facility Management (FM) sectors in Germany • Develop and implement individually tailored customer strategies • Acquire new customers via phone, video calls, social selling and in-person visits to sell our EAM & CAFM software CareOffice • Conduct professional negotiations at decision-maker level • Build and maintain long-term business relationships across Germany • Prepare comprehensive proposals and solution concepts tailored to customer needs and their application landscape • Work closely with internal sales support, project managers, product owners, development and marketing teams • Represent the company at trade shows, events and on social media
• Several years of practical experience in sales management and business development, including revenue responsibility • Technical background or degree; additional sales or business administration training is an advantage • Convincing communication skills and strong negotiation abilities • Networked thinking, entrepreneurial instinct and high self-motivation • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style • Proficient with software (Windows, Microsoft Office, ERP, EAM/CAFM, etc.) • Excellent German and good English skills • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (primarily Germany and Switzerland)
