📋 Description

• Establish and manage the Italian site and local operations network • Identify and develop partnerships with local waste management companies, logistics providers, authorities and energy companies • Conduct market analysis: regulatory requirements, competitive landscape and business potential • Support site selection and the search for suitable service providers • Develop and implement local market entry strategies • Work closely with the German team (Operations, Marketing, Legal, Tech) • Represent the company at trade shows, events and in public forums

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business development, project management or site setup, ideally in circular economy, solar energy, environmental engineering or logistics • Good knowledge of the Italian market, particularly in waste management, renewables or cleantech • Preferably experience in developing solar parks or an existing network with relevant stakeholders • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude and high personal ownership • Native-level Italian and business-fluent German and English
