📋 Description

• Prospecting and qualifying/onboarding partners (individuals and companies) within the operating areas of partner distributors. • Sales training and commercial support for the network under development. • Strategic management of the sales funnel and closing medium- to large-sized contracts.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Professionals who understand and pursue performance-based compensation models. • Experience: Strong background in consultative sales, channel management, or commercial representation. • Market Vision: Ability to prospect strategic partners (real estate sector, energy integrators, business networks, and consultancies). • Self-Management: Ability to manage the sales pipeline, perform feasibility analyses, and ensure regulatory compliance.
