• 7+ years of commercial sales, business development, or recruiting experience within water treatment, specialty chemicals, or related industrial markets. • Demonstrated depth of professional network within the industrial water commercial community. • Strong understanding of industrial sales cycles, territory management, and solution-based selling. • Ability to build credibility quickly with senior sales and business leaders. • High level of business acumen and ability to evaluate commercial performance drivers. • Proactive, relationship-driven approach to engaging passive talent.
