📋 Description

• Define and execute multi-year joint business plans with key European channel partners and local country teams • Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships at both central and local levels • Deliver measurable organic revenue growth across the channel portfolio • Drive accountability and performance across markets • Act as a senior commercial leader within the European channel organization

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in senior commercial roles (e.g. Country, Channel, Key Account, Business Development) • Strong track record in managing strategic partnerships and driving growth • Experience working across multiple countries in a European or international role • Solid understanding of indirect / distributor-led business models • High level of commercial acumen and negotiation skills
