• Manage and grow assigned accounts by providing ongoing service, support, and sales development, including driving white spot prospecting across existing products, new innovations, sustainability solutions, and operational efficiency improvements. • Drive sales growth within assigned geographic areas and sectors by identifying and converting new business opportunities, while expanding existing accounts through product and application recommendations. • Monitor and report on assigned and Key Accounts using tools such as Sales Funnels, quarterly reports, market share analysis, and other required reporting. • Act as the main point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships while handling inquiries via phone and email. • Manage order processing end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance with policies, and smooth order-to-payment processes through regular monitoring and follow-up on control reports. • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution. • Support Sales Teams on order and distribution-related matters, maintaining clear communication with Sales Account Managers to ensure full visibility of customer issues. • Participate in relevant meetings to identify service improvements and communicate Customer Service KPIs and strategies.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in chemical specialties; experience with equipment and operations is an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken). • Proven ability to present and communicate complex solutions effectively. • Strong time management and multitasking skills with adaptability to changing priorities. • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. • High sense of urgency with a positive and solution-oriented mindset. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support sales growth and customer satisfaction. • Experience in consultative selling techniques. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to train customers on product usage and safety.
