• Manage and grow key customer accounts across your territory • Deliver technical support and optimise treatment programmes to improve performance • Identify and win new business and application opportunities • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels • Drive profitability through pricing, performance, and account management • Maintain an active sales pipeline and deliver on growth targets • Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to meet customer and market needs • Champion safety, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction
• Degree in a scientific/technical field (or relevant industry experience) • Strong background in the pulp and paper industry • Proven ability to solve technical problems and deliver results • Strong commercial mindset with consultative sales experience • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently • Experience managing projects and influencing stakeholders
