📋 Description

• Support customers and monitor and ensure treatment programs • Conduct sampling and water analyses on-site at customer locations • Check corrosion rates and microbiological indicators • Carry out field trials in coordination with the sales team • Monitor chemical consumption and on-site inventory levels at the customer • Refill dosing systems with chemical products • Inspect measurement and dosing equipment and, if necessary, perform repairs or replace components • Prepare service reports and document performed activities

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a chemical or technical field • Experience in technical field service and solid basic knowledge of water chemistry • Strong consulting and communication skills with a confident and persuasive manner • High team orientation, constructive communication style, and flexibility • Proficient with MS Office and good German and English language skills • Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver’s license
