📋 Description

• Provide technical support to clients using the digital payroll platform • Identify and resolve technical issues related to digital payroll • Interact with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized support • Document and report technical incidents to the development team.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of payroll systems • Experience in technical support or customer service • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team • Ability to solve problems efficiently and proactively.
