📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within assigned accounts. • Manage and expand relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted partner and business advisor. • Identify new business opportunities within the fine chemicals and specialty additives portfolio, aligning solutions to customer needs. • Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring sustainable and profitable agreements. • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, supply chain, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to anticipate risks and opportunities. • Drive pipeline development and forecasting accuracy, leveraging CRM and SAP tools. • Support business expansion strategies across Latin America, with a focus on regional market dynamics and customer needs. • Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Strategic Administration, International Relationships or related fields (mandatory). • Business or commercial education (e.g., MBA or similar) is highly valued. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the chemical industry, preferably in Specialty additives (Coatings, Plastics, PVC, Polymers, Asphalts), Fine chemicals (Oral Care, Metal treatment, Brazing), Raw materials distribution or manufacturing (Integrated raw materials supply, including manufacturing and distribution) • Proven track record in account management, business development, or sales within B2B environments. • Experience in Latin America markets, preferably in the Southern Cone, is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of chemical products, applications, and market dynamics. • Proficiency in CRM tools for sales management and reporting/ SAP. (Proficient with SAP (forecasting) and Salesforce (pipeline and account management). • Advanced commercial and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset. • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for customers. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • English: Advanced / Fluent (mandatory) • Spanish: Desired.
