📋 Description

• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales trends to generate actionable insights. • Gather, document, and manage business requirements from internal and client stakeholders. • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking mechanisms. • Monitor key metrics — conversion rate, average order value, customer retention, and revenue growth. • Collaborate with product and development teams to define business requirements and user stories. • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer journey analysis. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and e-commerce optimization. • Support A/B testing initiatives and measure outcomes. • Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, economics, IT, or a related field. • 3–4 years as a business analyst, preferably in an e-commerce environment. • Strong understanding of e-commerce business models and customer journeys. • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel. • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar web analytics tools. • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
