📋 Description
• Provide technical implementation expertise for customer deployments of Solventum SaaS solutions • Support customer-specific technical decisions related to configuration, integration, and deployment • Contribute to alignment between product architecture, customer requirements, and achievable implementation outcomes • Identify gaps between customer requirements and current product capabilities • Apply supported implementation patterns and escalate unavoidable deviations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or higher • 5+ years of industry experience in Healthcare IT • Experience in technical implementation of complex enterprise solutions • Experience delivering SaaS or vendor-based solutions • Strong knowledge of integration, IAM, networking (including VPNs) and security implementation • Ability to troubleshoot implementation issues • Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability and integration delivery (HL7, FHIR)
