📋 Description

• Lead market development efforts to expand the HIS international business by identifying and qualifying new market-entry opportunities • Support development of market-entry strategies and business cases • Build and sustain trusted C-level relationships with ministries of health, payers, regulators, healthcare provider systems, and strategic business partners • Position HIS’s value proposition with senior decision-makers • Direct global marketing in framing clinical documentation, coding, classification, analytics, and consulting capabilities for stakeholder priorities • Establish executive dialogues, briefings, workshops, and site visits across international markets • Lead cross-functional international growth initiatives across country leaders, sales, product, marketing, and consulting teams • Translate reimbursement reform, digital health policy, and provider-transformation trends into a strategic commercial pipeline • Shape and win complex strategic enterprise deals, public tenders, and multi-year framework agreements • Represent the international customer voice in portfolio, product, and go-to-market decisions • Travel internationally regularly to maintain account and partner relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher • Ten years of experience in healthcare and/or government markets • Ten years of experience in international leadership roles • Ten years of experience in international business development or key/government account management across multiple countries • Ten years of experience in business operations and sales strategy • Ten years of experience building and maintaining C-level relationships with health authorities, payers, regulators, or large provider organizations • Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals or public-sector engagements with multi-year contract value • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment-visa sponsorship • Ability to drive a company vehicle and pass pre-employment and ongoing motor-vehicle-history reviews • Excellent analytical, communication, strategy, negotiation, and leadership skills • Ten years of healthcare IT or hospital market experience would be an additional qualification
