📋 Description

• Handle approximately 100 inbound reception calls per day. • Supplement calls that typically route to our answering service. • Perform data entry assignments with accuracy. • Be cross-trained to manage new intakes (lower priority case types).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of consistent remote/work-from-home experience. • At least 2 years of professional experience in a remote role. • Background in sales or client services is highly valued. • Strong client focus and problem-solving skills. • Tech savvy and detail oriented. • Fast typing skills (simultaneous speaking and typing). • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. • Adaptable to changes in procedures and software.
