• Prospectar activamente empresas en sectores con potencial digital (retail, servicios, manufactura, startups) • Contactar a decisores (CEOs, gerentes, directores de marketing o IT) mediante LinkedIn, email y llamadas • Identificar oportunidades relacionadas con desarrollo web, aplicaciones o ERP Odoo • Calificar leads (interés, presupuesto, necesidad, urgencia) y agendar reuniones con el Closer • Mantener actualizado el CRM con métricas claras y reportes semanales • Participar en reuniones de equipo para optimizar mensajes y estrategias de prospección
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en prospección o generación de leads B2B, preferiblemente en tecnología o marketing digital • Español (inglés valorable no imprescindible) • Capacidad para comunicar valor y entender conceptos tecnológicos • Excelente redacción y comunicación oral • Familiaridad con herramientas CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) y LinkedIn Sales Navigator
