📋 Description

• Lead product discovery efforts by identifying, shaping, and validating problems, opportunities, and potential solutions before development • Translate business needs into product definitions, scope, priorities, and delivery strategy • Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to define hypotheses and validate them through research, data, and experimentation • Define product direction, scope, and delivery strategy aligned with business goals and execution • Own and continuously refine the product backlog • Write structured user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams • Work with development, UX/UI, and QA throughout the delivery lifecycle • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies • Align stakeholders and technical teams around clarity, focus, and shared understanding • Validate deliverables against business and user expectations • Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and business alignment • Coordinate teams, follow up on delivery, and track progress across changing priorities, multiple projects, and evolving environments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience participating in or leading product discovery processes, including user research, problem definition, and validation • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role • Background in application development projects, web and/or mobile • Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable requirements • Experience collaborating with technical and design teams • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in dynamic environments • Experience working with multiple clients or projects simultaneously is nice to have • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar is nice to have • Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design practices is nice to have • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach • Critical thinking about product decisions, priorities, and processes • Ability to balance product thinking with delivery execution • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ownership and ability to drive alignment across teams • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
