⢠Serve as the primary contact for sleep laboratories and private practice physicians ⢠Provide expert support to customers in the daily operation of the systems ⢠Install and commission new devices and systems at customer sites ⢠Perform maintenance and servicing ⢠Train users clearly and confidently ⢠Bring technical expertise, clear explanations, and a service-oriented approach
đŻ Requirements
⢠Completed training as a state-certified medical technician is an advantage ⢠Strong physiological knowledge (EEG, ECG, etc.) desirable ⢠Medical and technical understanding ⢠Confident and professional demeanor ⢠Strong customer and service orientation ⢠Organizational skills and willingness to travel ⢠Excellent PC skills and proficiency in the full MS Office suite
