📋 Description

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of critical security and IT initiatives • Own assigned projects from planning through completion • Build and maintain detailed project plans across concurrent technology initiatives • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and cross-team dependencies • Coordinate across IT, Security, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Legal • Maintain visibility into milestones, status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and scope or timeline changes • Provide concise, actionable updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership • Host regular syncs, manage communications, and remove blockers • Drive decision resolution by identifying owners, documenting outcomes, and escalating unresolved issues • Use AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency • Coordinate vendor relationships, procurement steps, renewals, and contract management • Transform business needs and complex technical requirements into executable plans • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical Project Management within SaaS or technology companies • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional tech and data projects with multiple dependencies • Comfortable working with Security, IT, and Business teams and understanding APIs, integrations, data flows, architecture dependencies, and software delivery processes at a project-management level • Ability to turn ambiguous initiatives into structured execution plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes • Ability to synthesize complex project information into concise, actionable updates for senior leadership • Active user of AI tools and automation strategies • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace or equivalent platforms • Must be comfortable working effectively in a distributed, remote environment • PMP certification is desired, but not mandatory • Nice-to-have experience with security frameworks and compliance standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIST, and GDPR • Nice-to-have background with IT and cybersecurity initiatives • Nice-to-have experience with IAM, SSO, and MFA implementations • Nice-to-have familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and security tooling • Nice-to-have experience with ITSM frameworks and service management practices • Nice-to-have background in vendor management and procurement processes • Nice-to-have experience facilitating audits and compliance evidence collection
