📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews • Manage infrastructure-focused projects, including cloud and data center migrations • Plan, track, and organize work in Jira • Maintain clear backlogs, dependencies, risks, and documentation • Partner with technical teams on cloud migrations, virtualization, monitoring/observability, server, storage, and data center initiatives • Connect infrastructure teams with business departments including Cyber Security, Compliance, R&D, Sales, Services, and Technical Support • Promote continuous improvement and reduce distractions • Improve transparency through reporting on workload drivers, incidents, disruptions, and team capacity • Align infrastructure work with roadmaps, operational priorities, and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Demonstrated IT project management experience supporting infrastructure or operations teams • Strong experience working in Agile environments • First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM I) • Experience with cloud and infrastructure migration projects • Familiarity with cloud environments, data centers, virtualization platforms, and monitoring/observability solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to collaborate across global, multi-cultural teams and time zones • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability • Preferred: experience with data center infrastructure teams and technologies • Preferred: experience creating executive-level reporting • Preferred: experience with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones • Preferred: familiarity with Scrumban • Preferred: strong facilitation skills and ability to influence without formal authority • Preferred: familiarity with AI-enabled solutions
