📋 Description

• Manage IT Asset Management processes, including equipment inventory, movement, transfer, return, replacement, and retirement • Create, update, cleanse, and reconcile information in the CMDB • Monitor assets and identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and devices that are not communicating • Cross-reference and validate information across different databases and tools • Support the management of queues, tickets, backlog, and SLA compliance • Prepare and track performance metrics, operational reports, and dashboards • Analyze discrepancies and support the identification of their root causes • Ensure the quality and reliability of asset information • Support the documentation and improvement of the department’s processes and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, IT Management, or a related field • Experience in IT Asset Management, technical support, inventory management, CMDB administration, or related areas • Knowledge of inventory processes and the asset life cycle • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Entra ID, and device management • Knowledge of inventory and monitoring tools • Knowledge of Excel, including filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data cleansing • Knowledge of customer service, ticket management, and SLA compliance • Analytical and organized profile, with the ability to work with large volumes of information • Experience with CMDB is a plus • Knowledge of or experience with Absolute, MyMDM, and Easy Inventory is a plus • Experience with Azure/Intune is a plus • Experience in technology estate management projects is a plus • Certifications or courses related to Asset Management, ITIL, CMDB, or device management are a plus
