📋 Description

• Support and monitor orchestration and scheduling tools, with a focus on Automic UC4 • Design, create, maintain, schedule, and support complex production jobs and routines • Monitor the environment and diagnose failures (abends), reducing alerts • Mitigate exceeded execution times (maxruntime) • Introduce new routines into production via Change Requests (GMUD) • Ensure proper validation and approval of changes with requestors • Analyze and measure the impact of jobs on the environment • Develop action plans for anomalies and propose technical improvements • Prepare, plan, and coordinate critical activities during maintenance windows, scheduled outages, and Disaster Recovery tests • Ensure process compliance with business rules • Support internal and external audits, including SOX controls • Monitor SLA metrics for support queues • Map, update, and document production routines and environment administration procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT • Experience with Automic • Advanced proficiency in Shell scripting and UC4 scripting/logic • Intermediate knowledge of Linux and Windows environments • Experience with ITSM tools
