📋 Description

• Dispatch field technicians to handle service tickets. • Contact partners to schedule technical visits. • Open and close service tickets. • Prepare and monitor operational reports in ServiceNow and Azure. • Monitor the supplier backlog. • Follow up with technicians to track ongoing activities. • Support operational control of service requests. • Ensure that operational records and information are kept up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Knowledge of electronic communication and email tools. • Strong organizational and priority management skills. • Proactive, problem-solving mindset. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to monitor processes and operational controls effectively. • Availability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple demands. • Knowledge of or experience with ServiceNow is a plus. • Knowledge of Azure is a plus. • Experience in Field Services operations is a plus. • Experience opening, tracking, and closing service tickets is a plus. • Education or coursework in administration, management, or related fields is a plus. • This opportunity is open to people with disabilities (PwD) and professionals rehabilitated through Brazil’s INSS social security system.
