📋 Description

• Map processes, journeys, responsibilities, and dependencies across teams and systems • Assess the impact of changes on beneficiaries, brokers, and internal teams • Define requirements and readiness criteria for the launch or transition of operations • Design workflows, controls, exception handling, and contingency plans • Coordinate decisions between business and IT teams • Support integrated testing and operational validation • Monitor go-live and process stabilization • Identify necessary adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with healthcare operator or insurer processes, including beneficiary enrollment and maintenance, customer service, and authorizations • Practical experience implementing or transitioning operations • Ability to anticipate risks and coordinate decisions across different teams • Preferred: experience participating in portfolio migrations • Preferred: experience implementing SME healthcare operations • Preferred: experience structuring operational contingencies
