📋 Description

• Own sales growth and Sony’s share of store sales through focused twelve-week action plans • Recruit, coach and empower agency sales activators and promoters through store visits, product training and performance reviews • Build retailer partnerships to improve recommendations, product visibility, displays and customer experiences • Coordinate retailer training and sales events with sales, marketing, training teams and external agencies • Turn sales data and market insights into action and present commercial results to leadership • Track activation budgets, agency costs and forecasts, ensuring compliance and return on investment • Drive in-store sales and create standout customer experiences across the Nordic region

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience in consumer electronics • Commercial awareness and passion for great customer experiences • Product training, coaching and performance management skills • Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills • Clear communication across stores, agencies and senior leadership • Confidence analysing sales data and making evidence-based decisions • Ability to keep budgets and costs accurate • Strong planning and project coordination skills • Collaborative mindset • Willingness to travel extensively across the Nordics
