• Coordinate with our design team to produce conversion-focused creative assets for Amazon brands • Manage scheduling of creatives and campaigns across multiple brands • Track performance of creatives and assets using data-driven metrics • Collaborate closely with the PPC team to align creative strategy with ad performance • Use data insights to guide and optimize creative decisions for stronger conversion rates • Maintain high standards for creative quality, consistency, and professionalism
• Strong organizational and project management skills • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through • Comfortable analyzing performance data to make informed decisions • A good eye for design and a strong sense of branding • Professional, optimistic, and proactive communicator • Experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or account management • Experience working with graphic designers, videographers, and writing briefs • Bonus points if you have: Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and prior experience with Amazon PPC campaigns
