📋 Description

• Analyze customer contracts and product selection to determine renewal path options • Foster and maintain relationships with assigned customers throughout the renewal process • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations • Communicate Sophos renewal offerings • Maintain relationships with top partners and resolve renewal roadblocks • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and customer contract expansion opportunities • Collaborate with sales to drive revenue growth from existing customers • Evaluate and improve renewal processes • Identify automation opportunities and leverage technology tools to optimize workflows • Collaborate with sales, finance, customer success, and product management • Communicate renewal status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Renewal Sales • Fluent English Language Skills • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Channel Partners, or Renewal Management preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and CPQ • Familiarity with Outreach, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Outlook • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build customer relationships • Self-motivated and proactive approach • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively • Experience in the technology industry or a SaaS-based organization highly desirable • Familiarity with contract management processes and legal terminology is a plus • Currently based in Mumbai • Legal authorization to work in India without employer sponsorship
