📋 Description

• Build, update and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using Zoho Sites, website builders, content management systems and low-code platforms • Implement approved templates, layouts, copy and images while maintaining consistent presentation and mobile-friendly user experience • Make HTML, CSS and JavaScript adjustments and troubleshoot layout, styling, scripting and website integration issues • Test pages, forms and links across common browsers and screen sizes • Check spelling, grammar and content accuracy and support accessibility, loading performance and technical SEO improvements • Configure CRM lead-capture and follow-up workflows using Zoho or existing CRM platforms • Connect website forms, CRMs, email platforms and other systems using integrations, APIs or webhooks • Populate workflows with supplied content and test triggers, field mappings, actions and error handling • Configure Zoho Social or other marketing platforms and upload and schedule provided content and graphics • Monitor client systems, flag configuration or technical issues and support client reporting as assigned • Set up and test simple, supervised AI assistants, agents and automations • Research unfamiliar tools and integrations and troubleshoot implementation gaps • Contribute to internal AI and automation projects to reduce repetitive work and improve internal processes • Test outputs, follow access controls and retain human review and approval before operational use • Document website changes, system configurations, workflows, dependencies, testing and handover or recovery steps • Protect passwords, API keys and client data and obtain business owner approval before production releases • Communicate progress, questions, blockers and delays promptly and incorporate feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of relevant commercial experience in web development, website implementation or a related technical role involving website work • Practical programming background and working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript • Hands-on experience with website builders, content management systems or low-code platforms, such as Zoho Sites, WordPress or comparable tools • Ability to diagnose website issues and test changes across common browsers and screen sizes • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON and how websites exchange information with other systems • Basic understanding of AI tools and genuine interest in learning practical automation and AI-assisted implementation • Strong written and spoken English • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills • Reliable, organised and detail-oriented approach • Ability to follow documented procedures, protect confidential information and respond constructively to feedback • Fast, reliable internet connection • Availability to work the agreed Brisbane business-hours schedule • Preferred: Experience with Zoho applications, particularly Zoho Sites, CRM, Forms, Flow, Creator, Campaigns or Social • Preferred: Exposure to Make, Zapier, n8n or Zoho Flow • Preferred: Experience configuring CRM follow-up workflows, form-to-CRM connections or digital marketing platforms • Preferred: Examples of practical AI-enabled applications, assistants, integrations or agents • Preferred: Familiarity with conversion-focused page design, technical SEO, secure credential management or related website quality practices • Preferred: Experience supporting Australian, New Zealand, United Kingdom or United States clients • Candidates are encouraged to share website examples, code samples or related implementation work
