📋 Description

• Manage the onboarding of new suppliers • Review and process accurate, high-quality product catalog data on the platform • Communicate directly with suppliers and guide them through the onboarding process • Follow technical processes to onboard catalogs and work closely with the software engineering team • Use internal tools to review and validate complex catalog data • Ensure supplier and product information is complete, accurate, and optimized for the platform • Collaborate with the broader Supplier team and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate catalog uploads • Resolve discrepancies and maintain clear documentation throughout the process • Provide support for technical integration projects for suppliers • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of supplier product catalogs and company data • Follow structured processes for catalog onboarding and data management • Follow up with suppliers regarding deliverables impacting customer launches and procurement goals • Track progress, organize documentation, and respond promptly to supplier inquiries • Collaborate with Product Data and Engineering teams to prepare, validate, and submit catalog data for upload • Investigate and escalate issues proactively and provide solutions for data inconsistencies or gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 2–3 years in a client-facing business role with experience managing product or catalog data • Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills with experience working with complex spreadsheets and datasets • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Google Suite, JIRA, and CRM systems such as Hubspot • Basic technical acumen to understand specifications and requirements supporting customer integrations • Very Basic SQL is a bonus, not required
